4. Our reasons for processing
Depending on the activity, we process information with your consent, to take steps you request before providing a service, to perform an agreed service, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests that do not override your rights.
5. Who receives information
We share information only where needed for the stated purpose. 6. Cookies and analytics
The site stores a necessary preference in your browser so it can remember whether you accepted or declined analytics. Google Analytics remains off until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, Google Analytics may collect device, browser, approximate location and interaction information such as pages viewed, scrolls and outbound-link clicks.
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website. You may also clear site data in your browser. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Some providers may process information outside Nigeria. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements intended to protect the information under applicable data-protection requirements.
8. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, follow-up, recordkeeping, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and why it was collected. You may ask us about the period that applies to your information.
