JahJoy Divine Favour Ventures, also known as JahJoy DF, provides staffing support to households and businesses and career-support services to job seekers, mainly in Lagos, Nigeria.
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful enquiries about our services. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or submit false or misleading information.
3. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a form, WhatsApp message or email starts an enquiry. A service is confirmed only when we agree its scope, timing, price and any other conditions with you. Availability may change.
4. Staffing services
We help employers describe roles, identify potential candidates and arrange agreed screening or placement support. Employers remain responsible for interviewing candidates, deciding whom to engage, providing lawful and safe working conditions, agreeing employment terms, and complying with employment, tax, immigration and workplace obligations.
Checks and information reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee a candidate's future conduct, continued availability, performance or length of service.
5. Career-support services
Career support may include a free 20-minute career check, CV optimisation, interview coaching and remote-job support. Payment covers the selected support service. It does not buy a job, interview, visa, employment offer or guaranteed outcome. Hiring decisions are made by third-party employers.
You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied for a CV, application or coaching session is truthful and accurate. We will not knowingly create false credentials, employment history or qualifications.
6. Prices and payment
Published prices are in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. CV optimisation is currently listed at ₦3,000. Employer consultation and placement prices are shown on the website. Prices for interview coaching and remote-job support are confirmed before payment. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will tell you before you pay.
Payment instructions will be provided through an agreed channel. Do not send card details, online-banking passwords, one-time passwords or PINs through the website, email or WhatsApp.
7. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling
Any cancellation, rescheduling or refund arrangement will be stated before payment or in the written service confirmation. Where no specific arrangement was provided, contact us promptly; we will assess the request based on work already performed, costs already incurred and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Candidate and employer information
You must have authority to provide any personal information or documents you send. Employers must keep candidate information confidential and use it only for the relevant recruitment purpose. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party platforms and opportunities
The website may link to Google Forms, WhatsApp, email providers, job platforms or other services. We do not control their availability, terms or security. A reference to a vacancy or third-party opportunity is not an endorsement or guarantee that it is genuine, available or suitable. Always verify requests for money or sensitive information.
10. Intellectual property
The website design, text and JahJoy Divine Favour Ventures branding belong to JahJoy Divine Favour Ventures or are used with permission. You may view and share links for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, resell or present our materials as your own without permission. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party decisions, platform outages, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or outcomes that were not expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.
